What to include
Please include the store, product, or blog URL; the page where you saw the issue; the current merchant URL; and a short description of what needs to be updated. Screenshots are useful when a coupon code, price, shipping threshold, product specification, or checkout message changed after we published a page.
For a coupon issue, include the code or offer title, the checkout message, the item category, and whether you were signed in to the merchant account. For a product issue, include the exact model name, official product page, current price if relevant, and the specification that needs correction. For a store issue, include the correct official homepage, logo guidance, offer landing page, or category update.
Merchant updates
Merchants and brand teams can send official landing pages, approved destination links, updated offer terms, logo or product image guidance, category changes, and brand-safe wording. We do not need inflated marketing copy. Useful updates explain what changed, when it changed, and which page should be corrected.
Editorial and product corrections
For buying guides and product comparison articles, send the exact model name, official specification page, price change, discontinued status, warranty update, or recall note.
